Blowing Feather's father is waiting to be hanged, the price for her freedom. An old friend, Germain, manages to get through the British blockade and enter the colony. His clumsy ways and his misinterpretation of the situation between her and Beau grant him a place next to her father at the gallow. Legend has it that her father will be rescued by a thunderstorm, and for that reason Indians come from very far to be there. But it's just a legend, isn't it?
